Purchase a prepaid USPS Flat Rate shipping label to safely mail your scissors, knives, or other tools to SHARPKAI for expert sharpening service. Choose the box size that fits your order.
⚠️ IMPORTANT BOX SIZE REQUIREMENT:
You MUST use the USPS Flat Rate Box size that matches your label selection. Using a different box size will result in your package being rejected at USPS or you being charged additional fees at drop-off. The label and box must match!
How it works:
- Select your box size and purchase the shipping label
- You'll receive the prepaid label via email after checkout
- Get the matching free USPS Flat Rate Box from your local post office or USPS.com
- Securely wrap each tool in bubble wrap or newspaper
- Pack your tools in the box with padding to prevent movement
- Print and attach the prepaid label to your package
* No Printer? No Problem! Just write your Name and Order Number on a piece of paper and toss it in the box - Drop off at any USPS location or schedule a free pickup
Box Size Guide:
- Small Box (8.625" x 5.375" x 1.625") - Best for 1-3 hair scissors, pocket knives, or small kitchen knives
- Medium Box (11" x 8.5" x 5.5") - Best for standard orders, multiple hair scissors, fabric scissors, or larger knives
- Large Box (12" x 12" x 5.5") - Best for bulk orders, professional groomers, multiple fabric scissors, or chef knife sets, slicer blades(max 12in diameter)
Packaging Tips:
- Wrap sharp edges with cardboard or heavy paper
- Use bubble wrap, packing paper, or newspaper as cushioning
- Fill empty spaces to prevent items from shifting
