Shipping Rates & Thresholds

• United States: Standard shipping rates apply to all orders under $200. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders $200 and over.

• Canada: Standard delivery charges and local taxes apply to orders under $500. Free shipping is provided for all orders $500 and over.

• United Kingdom: A flat rate of $100 covers delivery and applicable taxes on all UK orders, regardless of order total.

Sharpening Service Turnaround Times

• US Mail-In Service: Once your scissors or knives are received, delivery back to your salon, restaurant, or mailbox typically takes 2–7 business days.

• International Mail-In Service: Return delivery typically takes 6–12 business days following receipt, depending on your location.
