Mail-In Service: Simple & Secure Shipping Instructions
Sending your valued tools to us is safe and easy. Please follow the steps below to ensure your items arrive securely for their master sharpening service.
Step 1: Prepare Your Order Confirmation
After placing your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please print this confirmation email and include it inside your package. This is essential for us to identify your tools and match them to your online order.
Step 2: Safely Package Your Tools
Proper packaging is crucial for the safety of postal workers and the protection of your items.

For Knives & Slicer Blades:

Wrap each blade individually in several layers of newspaper or cardboard.

Secure the wrapping tightly with tape so the blade cannot slip out. A custom cardboard sheath works perfectly.

For Scissors & Shears:

Ensure the shears are fully closed.

Wrap a rubber band around the handles or blades to keep them securely shut.

For extra protection, wrap the entire tool in bubble wrap or a small cloth.

Final Packing:

Place the wrapped items and your printed order confirmation inside the box.

Fill any empty space with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or crumpled paper to prevent items from shifting.

Shake the box gently. If you can hear or feel items moving, add more padding.

Step 3: Ship Your Package to Us
Seal the box securely with packing tape and mail it to our sharpening facility:
